They are looking for someone who is ready for a new challenge and willing to get involved in all areas of development.What you will be doing:-Supporting the inclusive sporting mission of the Charity & its Clubs-Developing and implementing a successful business strategy-Running and organising events - supported by the Bar and Events Manager-Maximising income & controlling costs to allow the charity to operate sustainably-Managing staff and Charity Volunteers- Encouraging/recruiting additional individuals to volunteer for the Charity-Overseeing the care and upkeep of the Sports Ground- Managing the Social Media This Charity is supported by Sport England and Wales Cricket Board, Surrey County Cricket Club, The Football Foundation and other public bodies/sponsors.This is a wide-ranging job where a variety of skills will be required.
