Based in London with a global aircraft leasing company, this is an important role which oversees the administration of a portfolio of managed aircraft while supporting the commercial and technical operations teams.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and updating the operational and contractual status of managed aircraft on the lease management platformUpdating transaction biblesMonitoring operational, technical and insurance lease covenantsLiaison with the technical and legal teams regarding relevant technical and contractual aspects of the portfolioManagement of maintenance reserves, including invoicing, monitoring of payments, guarantees, rate adjustments, EOL forecasting and reporting to stakeholdersManagement of rental invoicingOn-boarding and off-boarding of portfolio assetsProduction of regular periodic reportsManagement and development of the lease management platformLiaison with third party owners of portfolio assetsDay-to-day liaison with airline operatorsManagement of one direct reportParticipation in due diligence reviews of target asset lease terms and conditions and maintenance forecastingParticipation in fleet planning and aircraft advisory consultancy projectsRequired experience4 years relevant contract or portfolio management experience with an aircraft lessor, MRO or airlineExperience with aircraft lease management software e.g. CMS, Sysco, Leasepoint etc.Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Power BIStrong organisation skills and attention to detailCandidates based in Dublin may also be considered.
