Because of this we have a genuine, connected culture of support and teamwork. Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our QA team at LoveAdmin. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Lead QA in testing our product throughout the entire development lifecycle, ensuring we deliver a high-quality and stable product.Your responsibilities will include both manual and automated testing, covering functional, regression, performance, API, and cross-browser testing. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining test automation, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and supporting junior QA team members.This role requires experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, API and mobile/browser testing. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with developers, product teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure a seamless user experience.We are looking for someone who actively engages with stakeholders, asks questions, and contributes to discussions to drive quality improvements across the board.Key Responsibilities:1. Test Execution and AutomationDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using PlaywrightExecute and analyze automated test results to identify defects and performance issues.2. CI/CD & Automation IntegrationIntegrate and execute automated tests within Azure DevOps pipelinesTrack and report test execution results using Azure DevOpsManage ticket deployments across environments using Octopus.3. API Testing & ValidationCreate and maintain API tests using PostmanValidate API responses, authentication, and request workflowsEnsure API performance, security, and reliability in coordination with developers.4. Cross-Browser & Mobile TestingMaintain cross-browser automation for Chrome, Edge, Safari, and FirefoxUtilize BrowserStack for real-device mobile testing (iOS & Android)Ensure UI responsiveness and functionality across different devices.5. Performance TestingConduct load and stress testing to assess system stability under high trafficIdentify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with DevOps & Engineering teams to optimize application performance.6. Defect Management & ReportingCreate, track, analyze, and manage defects in Azure DevOpsWork closely with developers and product owners to ensure early defect detection and resolutionMaintain a low defect leakage rate through strong preflight and post-release validation.7. QA Best Practices & MentorshipPerform automation code reviews to ensure test maintainability and efficiencyMentor and train junior QA engineer on Playwright automation, API testing, test design, debugging, and best practicesContribute to continuous improvements in QA processes and automation strategies.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation Proficiency in Playwright (or similar frameworks like Selenium, Cypress) Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Octopus) Experience with API testing using Postman Hands-on experience with cross-browser and mobile testing (BrowserStack) Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, or similar) Solid understanding of agile testing methodologies Experience mentoring and collaborating with developers and product teams Strong problem-solving, debugging, and defect analysis skillsWe require strong written, oral skills.
