Were seeking a strategic insight professional to join our quant & analytics team. As a consultant you'll play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of our projects, from inception to delivery delivering strategic actions across a range of topics including; product innovation, brand development, customer journey mapping, and more. This role offers opportunities to collaborate, grow, and make a meaningful impact on iconic brands globally.Role HighlightsParticipate and take ownership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivering strategic recommendations.Learn how to deliver bespoke quantitative and analytical solutions, the Truth Way, including for segmentations, concept testing, and pricing strategies among other briefs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including semiotics, qualitative research, trends analysis, content creation, and creative) to develop impactful solutions for brands.Build and maintain client relationships, gaining exposure to diverse projects across industries including; beauty, toys, fashion, and tech.Experience, Skills & PassionsCuriosity: A natural desire to explore industry shifts and consumer behaviours.Strategic Thinking: The ability to analyse data from various sources and translate insights into actionable strategies.Collaboration: Eagerness to work with diverse team members and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skillsClient Focus: Experience in fostering strong client relationships and understanding their needs.Willingness to learn: Openness to learn or develop your skills with data tools like Q, Codeit, SPSS, etcEssentialsc2-3 years of experience with exposure to a variety of quantitative methodologies and full project lifecycle includingExperience in designing and writing questionnaires from scratchProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other packagesKnowledge of data analysis tools like Q and SPSS (desired, not essential)Knowledge and exposure to advanced analytics methodologies like MaxDiff, Conjoint analysis and driver analysis, among others (desired, not essential)Passion for design and visualizing insights in presentationsA desire to learn about blended methods like qual, semiotics, trends, and social analytics (desired, not essential)A University degree is not a requirementWillingness to work a minimum of three days a week in our London office on Gresham StreetAt Truth we promote a working environment in which diversity is recognised, valued and encouraged.
