Electrical Estimator (UK wide) Cobalt recruitment is thrilled to be partnered with a leading tier one M&E contractor who are looking to add an electrical estimator to their team where you will be able to technically develop your skills and work on contracts up to 680 million in value. This role can be home based with occasional travel to project sites as and when required, with flexibility for the right candidate. The Role You will be responsible for reviewing project content documents in order to assist the preparation of estimates for all M&E elements within the scheme, whilst also working with schedules of rates to aid in the negotiation of proposed target prices. You will identify risks throughout the bidding process, attend site visits during the tender period, contribute to the preparation of the M&E tender book to present mechanical estimates and work alongside the estimating project team in the preparation of electrical estimates.
