Excellent opportunity for a Block Property Manager to join a company in the residential block management sector, who due to continued growth in their portfolio are looking for a Block Property Manager to join the team in their Plymouth office. The Role: The Block Property Manager role will involve the delivery of management services to a portfolio of properties and liaising with letting and management agencies together with, contractors, and landlords etc. Main Duties: Administration of service charges. Preparation and monitoring of service charge budgets. Dealing with all aspects of Health, Safety and Fire risks and where necessary liaising with Insurers and Loss adjusters as well as general landlord and tenant issues. Attending and chairing AGM's. I nstructing contractors to deal with works required. Skills and Requirements: The ideal candidate will ideally be qualified or part qualified and have at least five years block management experience with: Proven track record in block property management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability as a team player who works well under pressure. Ability to prioritise own workload and be extremely well organised. Associate/Member status of IRPM desirable. Full, clean UK driving licence is essential. Salary and Benefits: A basic salary of 30,000 to 35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
