We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional person to join the team, in a full time capacity across Chippenham and Bristol. Tutor/Assessor Position The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities: Demonstrate energy and passion to motivate and train learners Strong communication skills, be approachable and able to initiate ideas Ability to prioritise, good organisational skills and able to adhere to deadlines and targets To have full competency and a passion in the delivery and assessing of Study Programmes and Apprenticeship Standards in Business Administration and Customer Service, incorporating Functional Skills Hold a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, as an example) Tutor/Assessor Duties to include: Plan and deliver training to learners that identifies individual learning needs, preferred approaches and prior skills and knowledge to ensure maximum impact To support the delivery underpinning of knowledge through workshops and one to ones, in line with the above-mentioned programmes To ensure all workshops and sessions are fully prepared offering inspiring and interactive delivery To monitor learner progress and performance in meeting their individual training plan, aspirations and set targets To schedule timely visits and carry out assessments/training within the workplace where appropriate To support learners with their functional skill developments To work with learners in preparing them for the world of work and Employability Skills Ability to demonstrate and deliver high quality training IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office a must The successful candidate will be working with learners and employers in raising the standards and quality of training Competitive salary and package available Continuous Professional Development Contributory Pension Scheme Pro rata of 25 days holiday (excludes statutory holidays) with an additional 3 days at Christmas and 2 achievable reward days in year Employee of the Month Employee Referral Scheme Company Award Event and Achievement Days Company Christmas Party Free Hairdressing/Barbering Services TPBN1_UKTJ
