The Senior AME Engineer may work on a variety of projects tasked with implementing automated solutions into Lear JIT, Trim or Structures facilities. The Senior AME provides SME knowledge within a particular AME domain. Reporting to the Senior AME Manager, this position plays a leading role within the AME team tasked with overseeing the Lear’s transition to automated solutions within EU&AF plants. Additional tasks performed by the Senior AME Engineer include defining the timing and execution plan into any given facility, flagging any risks or budget deviations to senior management, devising solutions to ensure minimal downtime or operational disruption during execution.
