As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.The RoleWe're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our new business initiatives and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning new business contracts within the digital agency or e-commerce space.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce and digital transformation sectorsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clientsCreate and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targetsCollaborate with leadership team to align business development activities with company goalsAnalyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposalsRepresent Glaze Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesMaintain detailed records of all business development activities and pipeline in CRMProvide regular reports on sales progress and business development metricsWork closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new clientsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceProven track record of winning new business contracts in a B2B environmentExperience in digital agency, e-commerce, or tech sector salesStrong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and Shopify ecosystemExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsOutstanding relationship building and networking abilitiesAbility to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with CRM systems and sales pipeline managementWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary of £35,000-£40,000 DOE plus attractive bonus structureRemote working opportunitiesCollaborative and respectful team environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesRegular team events and social activitiesHealth and wellbeing benefitsEquipment and tools needed to succeed in the rolePersonal QualitiesSelf-motivated with a strong drive to succeedExcellence in communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with commercial acumenResults-oriented with a focus on achieving targetsProfessional and ethical approach to businessAbility to work independently whilst contributing to team successLocationFully remote working within the UK & Ireland.
