JOB – Maintenance Manager LOCATION – West Berkshire TERM- PermanentSALARY - £40,000 - £48,000, dependent on experienceMy client designs and manufactures products and systems within the Renewable Energy sector. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in West Berkshire on a permanent basis.The Maintenance Manager will ideally have the following attributes:At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar Maintenance roleExperienced working with pressure systems / plant equipment / machinery in Oil & Gas, Energy or related industries Proven ability to lead teams and manage asset lifecycle plansTime Served Apprenticeship / NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualified or similar in an Engineering discipline Come from a Mechanical backgroundKnowledge of Electrical equipment and installations Able to work safely and methodicallyExcellent organisational and communication skillsProven ability to work effectively in a teamA flexible and proactive attitude towards work The Maintenance Manager role will involve:Improving and maintaining plant equipment and manufacturing machineryManaging the maintenance teamBeing proactive in ensuring the smooth running of all equipment PPM and breakdown avoidance Ensuring documentation is maintained and Health & Safety standards are met Ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work is met throughout the siteWorking with others and being an excellent team player Monitoring and improving quality standards Assisting colleagues with any engineering or manufacturing issues that may arise If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible.
