My client based in Poole is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This role will be office based 5 days per week. Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday Salary 30,000 DOE + OTE (45,000.) Do you have a background Technology or Cyber Security? Do you have 3+ years in a successful Business Development role? Purpose of job: The role will involve all aspects of work to help identify, attract, and win new business, ensuring current clients are retained with the best engagement of services. Working alongside the team, the successful candidate will support proposal submission to clients, attend advocate meetings, build stock responses, help create and enhance content within standard proposals, whilst identifying new opportunities through regular contact with existing customers via whitespace and cross sell methodologies. Accountabilities and responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities including direct customers, partnerships & reseller led engagements. Write customer proposals to support the Director. Drive completion of Risk Assessment engagements and agreement of remediation actions. Manage Business Development controlled documents to achieve compliance with audit process. Assist with preparing client presentations. Support the Relationship Director with onboarding new clients. Support the Relationship Director and lead the account management of clients as required. Coordinate with marketing to ensure that the brand is promoted at all times to support business growth. Coordinate with Operations, IT and marketing to ensure sales records are kept up to date. Meet sales quotas. Support the marketing team with digital marketing content and posts based on client experience. Provide support escalation cover on an exception basis. Maintain awareness of operations and client base. Ensure customer invoicing is as per expected.
