Inbound Talent has been retained by the Clarus Networks Group, the leading authorized reseller of Starlink Technologies in the UK, to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to take responsibility for their Network Operation Center and service delivery function.About The Role:The Operations Manager will manage the NOC, leading a team of helpdesk engineers on day and night shifts. This role ensures seamless service delivery, drives operational efficiency, and aligns with strategic company goals.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Mentor NOC engineers, promoting professional growth.Service Delivery: Manage daily NOC operations for reliable service across connectivity solutions.Customer Escalations: Handle high-priority issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.Process Improvement: Enhance operational processes for better efficiency and quality.Budget Management: Oversee NOC budget, optimizing resource and cost management.Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams for integrated services.Performance Reporting: Report to the Director on performance, challenges, and initiatives.About You:Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Business Management, or similar (preferred).Technical Expertise: Proficient in network technologies (LEO Satellite, 4G/5G LTE, SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, private 5G), and network management tools.Experience: 3+ years in operational leadership within tech/connectivity, managing NOC teams.Certifications: Preferably CCNP, ITIL, or SD-WAN certifications.Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, especially in high-pressure scenarios.What We Offer:Salary up to 55,000/year, based on experience.Leadership role in a rapidly growing connectivity business.Development opportunities including certifications and training.Collaborative, innovative work culture.Please Note:This is an onsite roleUnfortunately, this post doesn't offer VISA sponsorship
