Implementation Director / Head of Implementation / Director of Implementation wanted by an award winning Series B SaaS company in London.My client is seeking a Implementation Director / Head of Implementation / Director of Implementation to work on a scaling SaaS Product within the business, focusing on high class implementations across their European & UK client base.The Implementation Director / Head of Implementation / Director of Implementation will:Become deeply expert in the product suite, guiding customers through start to finish with implementationsLead an implementation team who will deliver implementation projects at pace and at scale as we rollout of the enterprise product offering across Europe.Work closely with clients to understand requirements and oversee the implementation process for themHave a strong voice on the Product team, suggesting world class solutions to better improve onboarding & implementationsLead the development of all implementation processes and development, constantly streamlining and adding value to customersWhat we are looking for in the Implementation Director / Head of Implementation / Director of Implementation:Proven project and programme management skills and experience within the SaaS implementation and delivery spaceExtensive experience in Stakeholder engagement and management within an Implementation Programme environmentExperience in applying process improvement & design factorsExperience leading project teams within a Product & Engineering setupProfessional in Project Management (PPM) qualifications are desirable.My client is an award business who are in scaling mode.
