M365 and Azure Administrator - Near Edinburgh (Hybrid, 3 days in/2 WFH)Loriens long-standing, successful and expanding client, with offices very commutable from Central Edinburgh and the surrounding regions, is looking to recruit a M365/Azure Administrator to join their team.Youll be part of a close-knit function putting your skills to good use as you contribute towards the success of a firm who have improved the lives of millions around the globe already. Its a great time to join, too, as theyre in the middle of a wider recruitment drive and significant internal investment in their products and staff.The successful individual will take the reins across the admin, config and management of the wider Software as a Service portfolio, identify and resolve issues, and ensure relevant licences are in place and fit for purpose, all while enjoying working for an organisation giving something back to the world in a very positive way.In return, youll join a supportive organisation well versed in keeping their staff happy, a generous bonus scheme, flexible hybrid working, plenty of opportunities to upskill and progress professionally, annual salary reviews, and a range of other benefits designed with employee happiness in mind.An outline of some of the duties involved:Owning the daily admin/configuration/maintenance/optimisation of the wider M365 & Azure-focused portfolio (covering application/security config, user/integration management, and monitoring/reporting/resolving of relevant application issuesLiaising with other departments to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding best practice, governance and consistency, as well as external vendorsOverseeing, optimising and compliance and cost-analysing relevant licencesLeading SaaS-oriented projects employing project management workflows/planningBring new ideas to the table around workflow/process improvement, automation, and standardsThe skills/knowledge they're looking for:Track record of management/administration of Microsoft Software as a Service offerings, especially Microsoft 365 and AzureBackground including M365 service architecture, IAM, security, compliance and other relevant areasSoftware as a Service admin skills as well as applicable training / qualificationsSolid grasp of Cloud Computing, cloud/hybrid implementations, and market trendsAbility to work with people at any level, as well as liaise with external vendors on matters such as incident tracking, portfolio updates and new featuresThis is a great opportunity for a M36 and Azure specialist / Software as a Service Admin looking to join a friendly and supportive team, and benefit from ongoing chances to upskill and progress.
