What will you do in your roleThis role will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, with a strong focus on nurturing the relationship with clients. The successful candidate will be supported by our delivery and project teams as well as senior managers to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.We are also looking for an individual with an attention to detail, and quirky ideas, who will be a strong team player and eager to learn and can grasp new information quickly.What you will be responsible for...Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge.Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.What do you need to succeed in this role... Previous experience in a marketing agency (with a mix of digital and traditional marketing expertise) is preferred, but not limited to.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain meaningful client relationships.Proven ability to manage strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for contributing to business growth.Familiarity with soft sales techniques and relationship-based selling strategies.Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.What we're going to offer you in return...
