If so, they have a fantastic hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from their London or Chelmsford offices.As an organisation, they are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and they are passionate about helping their colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeIn this exciting role, you will be primarily responsible for the management, strategy and process for the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims. Your key responsibilities will include:First notification of loss for D&O, PI and Crime claimsNegotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers etc)Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segmentNegotiate the payment and settlement of claims with clients and underwritersCoordinate discussions and, where appropriate, meetings to ensure superior level of communication between the client, underwriter and their representatives concerning the proposed settlementEngage with the Head of Financial lines Advocacy in the strategy to conclude contentious claimsHow this opportunity is differentTheir Global Claims team is truly welcoming and team focused.
