You will play a critical role in supporting Fact3's People team by handling administrative tasks, overseeing key HR platforms, and assisting with data reporting for our clients. This position provides a unique opportunity to work across various aspects of HR.Key Responsbilities:Custodian of Employee Engagement Surveys: Manage the administration and follow-up of employee engagement surveys, ensuring data is captured and reported accurately.People Software Administration: Oversee the administration of our people management software, The Hub, ensuring the system is up-to-date and used effectively by all clients.Support the Fact3 Academy with Content Presentation: Assist the Learning & Development Academy in the preparation and presentation of content to ensure a seamless learning experience for our clients.KPI Reporting and Fact Stacks for Clients: Provide accurate and timely Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and Fact Stacks for relevant clients, helping them track HR performance metrics.Custodian of the DBS Service: Manage the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Custodian of Profiling Platforms: Administer our two employee profiling platforms, ensuring they are utilized effectively for our clients. Custodian of FactBe: Oversee the administration of Fact3s Employee Assistance programme, FactBe, ensuring that our clients have the relevant access to the service at all times. Custodian of Recruitment Platform: Administer Fact3s recruitment platform, managing job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.HR Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to People Advisors with tasks such as contract preparation, data entry, and employee communications.Abilities, Skills and ExperienceThe Essentials:A proactive and organised individual Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skillsThe ability to work collaboratively across teams.A customer-service mindset Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, managers, and clients.
