The Technical Project Support Specialist will work closely with the CTO and the wider senior team, supporting technical, operational, and project management tasks. Youll have the chance to gain hands-on experience across areas like solutions architecture, project management, client support and business development.This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week spent working at the office in Leicestershire. We ask that new employees work from the office full time during their 6 month probation period. This is necessary to get a full understanding of the business and build in-person relationships with the rest of the team. Your day-to-day work will be extremely varied and engaging, covering areas such as:Feature Design & Documentation: Support with the architecting and documenting of new feature requirements based on client needs. (using confluence)Development Coordination: Supporting the CTO with liaising with the development team on bug fixes, coordinating sprint planning, and participating in sprint retrospectives (using Jira).Technical Sales & Proposals: Supporting technical sales, crafting proposals, and clearly documenting client needs.QA Support: Stepping in to support the development team as needed, implementing straightforward fixes, fielding development team questions, and acting as an additional QA resource.
