Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Showroom Manager for our Christchurch showroom. This is a full time, permanent on site role, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the showroom including but not limited to the following duties:Managing and coaching your team to deliver sales.Meeting KPI targetsActing as a role model when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.Recruiting and developing exceptional staff.Managing social media channels.Ensuring showrooms are maintained to a high standard internally and externally.Ensuring showrooms meet H&S regulations.Ensuring the security of the showroom.Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with to the best possible standard.Ensuring company policies are followed.About us:We are a family owned business, established in 2001.
