With offices based in Gateshead, you must be able to come to the office at least 3/4 times per week.As a Business Analyst within the People team, you will play a key role in evaluating workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Bring your process improvement expertise, technical knowledge of digital tools like Microsoft Power Apps and DocuSign, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to help drive meaningful change.Salary: Up to 55,000ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Process Documentation & Mapping:Analyse current HR workflows and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimised and automated future-state processes.Create high-quality process documentation and visual workflow maps.Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement:Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to understand pain points and gather requirements.Lead workshops, interviews, and discussions to align objectives and outcomes.Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.Solution Assessment & Recommendation:Evaluate and recommend digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, DocuSign) to enhance productivity and reduce manual workloads.Work closely with technical teams to oversee the implementation, testing, and deployment of solutions.Data Analysis & Benefits Realisation:Use data analytics to establish baseline metrics, track improvements, and measure solution impacts.Build business cases to articulate ROI and benefits for proposed changes.Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and document lessons learned.Change Management & Continuous Improvement:Support the creation of user-friendly training materials and communication plans to ensure adoption of new solutions.Advocate for a continuous improvement mindset by staying informed of industry trends and new methodologies.ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in HR or digital transformation contexts.Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Power Apps and DocuSign.Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
