As a Senior Business Analyst, youll focus on driving product excellence by:Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.Delivering high-quality functional and non-functional specifications, process mappings, and system designs.Leading the creation of product-focused solution designs that underpin technology change and improve outcomes.Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of systems and processes.Building strong stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in and maximize product impact.Coaching and mentoring Business Analysts, fostering a high-performing team.To excel in this role, youll need:Proven experience delivering technology-focused business analysis, particularly for product development and implementation.A track record in creating business cases and translating requirements into successful product outcomes.Strong expertise in systems implementation, optimization, and requirements gathering.Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
