Then look no further Municipal Resourcing Manager Salary 43,844 to 58,910 per annum (plus benefits) Hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Location Northampton / Cheltenham As a Municipal Resourcing Manager at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for producing detailed round and beat routing, with the assistance of Route Optimisation software (currently Routesmart) for Collections, Street Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance Services on Contracts identified within the Development Strategy. This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days). What will you be doing? - Design and deliver municipal round routing for current contracts, service changes and tender proposals. - Be an expert user of Streetscene routing applications (predominantly Routesmart). - Assemble and interpret data from existing operations to describe and benchmark performance. - Support the production of waste flow models. - Deliver designed rounds and resources on current and new Streetscene contracts. - Working with colleagues to prepare service designs for inclusion in project documentation/papers for approval to the Executive Committee and/or Approval Committee. - Create content for tender submissions related to municipal business applications, data collation, and continuous improvement initiatives driven by performance data. - Gather and interpret operational data from all sources. - Assist with the assembly and interpretation of both internal and external performance parameters. - Produce proposals to increase the quality of bid submissions and develop a plan for continuous improvement. - Work collaboratively, assemble and maintain a bank of information for use in proposals. - Work with the Municipal Information and Improvement Manager to develop the skillset to provide municipal business application support to the business. - Any other duties deemed to be within the capabilities of the job holder.
