We are now looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our Group Investor Relations team. This role reports to the Director of Investor Relations and Commercial Finance, and will have a particular emphasis on the written and presentational elements that support the Investor Relations programme. Key Responsibilities: Project managing the annual report and writing the strategic report content Assisting in logistics and development of materials for investor events, including presentations, annual/interim reports, capital markets days and other external communications. Liaising with business segments, collecting key data to support announcements, key messages and Q&A. Maintaining the client relationship management (CRM) systems. Preparing briefing notes ahead of investor meetings. Monitoring market commentary and analyst research to provide insight on market's perception of Spire. Keeping the Investor Relation section of the website up to date. Assisting Investor Relations team in investor targeting through roadshow and conference coordination and planning. Driving our analytical capability and measurement reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness of our content and ensure continuous improvement of our engagement with our key audiences such as the financial community Key Requirements: Degree qualified in a finance based discipline Demonstrable years of experience in a complementary field such as Investor Relations, or Financial PR agency Strong written communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 platforms, design software and CMS. Ability to prioritise, remain organised and have attention to detail.
