Your new company Hays are supporting a not for profit organisation in Bristol who are hiring a new permanent Head of Digital Platforms. The role is paying up to c70k + excellent benefits and offers very flexible hybrid working. Your new role & w hat you'll need to succeed In the role you will be responsible for leading operational and strategic activities across the Team and Platforms. You'll also define, improve, and deliver reliable services in line with ITIL best practice. In the role you'll be responsible for internal and external stakeholder management, commercial management, resource management, budgeting, long-term strategy and roadmap & incident management. To be considered for this role you'll have previous leadership experience ideally within digital platform management / overseeing IT operations 'service improvement. You'll also ideally have exposure to large-scale digital transformation programmes. Managing cloud based platforms would also be beneficial. You'll need to be competent in leading technical teams, have good budget / resource management skills and a good background with ITIL best practice and a solid understanding of DevOps, Agile & Scrum.
