Essential Skills: Java: Proficiency in Java programming, with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns. Docker Containers: Experience in creating, managing, and deploying Docker containers to streamline development and deployment processes. OpenShift/Kubernetes: Knowledge of container orchestration platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. Redhat/Linux: Familiarity with Redhat or other Linux distributions, including system administration, scripting, and troubleshooting. Desirable Skills: Hadoop: Understanding of Hadoop ecosystem components and their applications in big data processing. Accumulo: Experience with Apache Accumulo, a sorted, distributed key/value store.
