Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 Hours: Monday Friday 09.00 17.00 Location: Various locations across Midlands and Warwickshire Duration: Permanent Description: A well established and successful Solicitors with offices across the UK, are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join their busy Conveyancing team to manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion. Duties: Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions Processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work Generating a fee income in line with agreed target Key Skills/Experience: Hold a relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload Have excellent levels of communication, both written and verbal Have a good academic record Have strong IT skills Demonstrate initiative and the drive to produce a high standard of service to clients Possess high levels of speed and accuracy Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable Commercially driven.
