You will enjoy varied and client facing role to include:- Providing expert advice on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic abuse. Managing a caseload of family law cases with a strong focus on client confidentiality and professional integrity. Drafting legal documents, including divorce petitions, child arrangement orders, and financial consent orders. Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary You will need to have:- Proven experience in handling a broad range of family law matters. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, confidential advice in sensitive matters. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
