Key Accountabilities As a seasoned Senior National Account Manager, you will have a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving growth. In this role, you will: Manage key grocery accounts with full P&L responsibility. Proven success in retailer negotiations and account management. Negotiate and agree on JBPs to drive sustainable, mutually beneficial growth. Oversee the sell-in and successful execution of new product launches. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative shopper marketing plans. Act as a key internal stakeholder to ensure customer needs are met. Identify and support new business development opportunities. Personal Profile At least 5 years of FMCG experience, working with grocery multiples. A natural relationship builder with outstanding communication skills. A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
