With a growing presence in Norway and the UK, we are expanding global rapidly and looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer passionate about bringing AI models to production Your Role: As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Consigli, your focus will be on using tools likemachinelearning, mathematical optimisation, operations research and generative AI to solve real world engineering problems. Youll work closely with domain experts, engineers, and clients to turn cutting-edge research into functional, scalable, and impactful solutions that reshape an entire industry. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and deploy AI models into production systems. Build robust frameworks, pipelines, and tools to enable scalable and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with domain experts and platform teams to integrate AI models into our SaaS platform. Work with diverse, messy datasets to extract insights and create value. Drive innovation by staying updated on the latest trends inmachinelearning, mathematical optimisation, operations research, reinforcementlearning, and generative AI. Contribute to the full ML lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring. What Were Looking For: A Masters or PhD in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Strong Python coding skills for ML/AI and mathematical optimization. Experience deploying ML models in production environments. Relevant knowledge in fields such as civil engineering, HVAC, or mechanical engineering is a plus, though not mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Have research experience is a bonus, though not mandatory. This role is supported by AI Futures Grants, a UK Government scheme designed to help the next generation of AI leaders meet the costs of relocating to the UK. AI Futures Grants provide financial support to reimburse relocation costs such as visa fees, the immigration health surcharge and travel/subsistence expenses. Successful candidates for this role may be able to get up to 8,000 to meet relocation costs, subject to terms and conditions.
