Were seeking a talented Operations Manager to take the lead in managing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and scaling our portfolio.Key Responsibilities: Property Management: Oversee the operations of our serviced apartment portfolio, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction. Landlord Relations: Source new properties and build strong relationships with landlords and property partners. Guest Experience: Handle guest communications, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain top-tier review scores. Operational Efficiency: Manage cleaning schedules, maintenance teams, and inventory to ensure flawless apartment readiness. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows and technology. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with contractors, cleaners, and service providers.Qualifications: Proven experience in Short term rental property management, serviced apartments, or hospitality operations.
