Job Overview We are seeking a Site Installation Technician Team Leader to lead a skilled team of fitters on installation projects. You will oversee the fitting and insulation of cold storage environments, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone with experience in cold store insulation or similar background. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of fitters on installation projects. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Conduct hands-on installation of insulated panels, doors, and cold storage equipment. Liaise with site managers and clients to coordinate project needs. Maintain and enforce health and safety standards on-site. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve them efficiently. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Cold Store Fitter or similar role. Strong leadership abilities with previous supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of cold store installation and insulation techniques is ideal but not essential and training will be provided. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to interpret CAD and technical drawings. Excellent communication and team management skills. Flexibility to work across various locations and adapt to changing project demands.
