Permanent The role is 36.25 hrs per week 7:30am start Monday-Friday. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Maintenance and Maintenance Manager. Maintain precise records of both scheduled and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely maintenance of plant and equipment. Assist in planning and coordinating larger projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the ordering of staff workwear. Organize meetings with on-site contractors and manage scheduling. Distribute necessary information to contractors, such as drawings and specifications. Retain project data and ensure relevant documentation is archived appropriately. Request and file Health and Safety documentation from contractors before project initiation.
