Technical and disciplined, and yet approachable and humanistic, the Senior Audio Visual Technology Consultant will provide proactive advice and guidance for a client across their technology real estate, and specific projects.The Role in more detailCore areas for consultation shall include:New build and fit-out projects and technology refresh projects, including:Auditoria and event spacesReception areas and visitor spacesCorporate and visitor experience centres3D and immersive environmentsCorporate Audio Visual meeting roomsVideo Conferencing systems, and wider Unified Comms systemsCollaborative touch systemsMain responsibilities shall include:Meeting with clients and end users to understand their technology challenges & future requirements across AV, IT &, UC, VC Infrastructure and Building IntelligenceProvision of technical documentation including Scopes of Work, Functional Narratives, System Schematics, equipment locations drawings, and M&E drawings, etc for tender, construction, or client provisionAttending project meetings with clients, fit-out contractors, AVIs, and professional teams to coordinate technical projectsPresentations to clients and project teamsPerforming technical site surveysSome Project Management, including guiding scheduling and ensuring timely project deliveryMonitoring of technology project deploymentsLiaising with 3rd party suppliers and manufacturersEstablishing and maintaining ongoing working relationships with end users and clientsAn important element of the role shall be to seek new clients and opportunities and tomaintain and expand existing clients, all to help grow the Kromers business.
