You'll develop visualisations, dashboards, and reports while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance data quality, accessibility, and analysis.Purpose | Your expertise will directly contribute to decarbonising schools.Based | London Waterloo / hybrid.Full-time | 40 hours per week (9am-6pm)Salary | up to 40,000Our client, an architect-led company addressing the climate emergency through school decarbonisation and knowledge-building, is looking for a Data Analyst to support their mission of decarbonising schools. In this role, you'll use your expertise to help architect and non-architect teams understand, interpret, and improve their data for multiple, critical projects.To excel in this role, you will:Use tools such as SQL, R, or Python to manipulate, clean, and model data.Build and deliver interactive dashboards, impactful visualisations, and reports tailored to users needs.Apply innovative analytical techniques to create actionable insights.Collaborate with architect and non-architect teams to plan better use of data and support improved decision-making.Combine quantitative and qualitative data to deliver rich user insights and support strategic development.Apply modern analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets, uncover actionable insights, and support strategic development.Collaborate across teams to plan data roadmaps, improve data quality, and support innovation projects.Take a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving data issues and addressing internal data-driven needs, you must be comfortable with both operational and strategic tasks.Skills You Bring:A track record of using statistical data analysis frameworks and techniques on large data sets (expertise with projects related to the built environment a bonus), including cleaning and filtering data.Strong mathematical and statistical skills for analysing messy, complex data.Creative problem-solving and an ability to think strategically about data patterns and their implications.Exceptional communication skills to translate technical insights into practical recommendations.ExperienceExperience in building data roadmaps, dashboards, and algorithms to inform decisions.Proven experience interpreting data and delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.Track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and building positive relationships with stakeholders.Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.The team values innovation, collaboration, and a can-do attitude.
