This London-based company is at the forefront of a technology revolution. You will join an existing, dynamic and rapidly expanding Renewals team within a thriving business. As a fast-growing scale-up, the company offers ample career growth and development opportunities for ambitious professionals. This role requires a proactive, customer-centric individual capable of driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.The RoleSchedule and conduct customer calls to deeply understand their needs, ensuring long-term success, retention and the efficient renewal of software licences.Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers preferably with C-Suite, driving customer loyalty and growth and closing deals.Guide existing customers via phone and email, through the renewal process and offering additional products or services as needed ( upsell an cross-sell).Manage a pipeline of opportunities (70 150/ month), ensuring monthly team targets are met by effectively tracking, nurturing, and converting leads.Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, renewals, and potential risks.Work cross-functionally with sales, legal, operations, and other teams to resolve any customer challenges or obstacles during the renewal process.Act as a customer advocate internally, driving positive change within the company based on customer needs.Gather and analyse customer feedback, identifying trends and insights to inform product improvements and service enhancements.Ensure the CRM system (Salesforce or similar) is consistently updated with accurate customer data, sales activities, and notes, ensuring efficient reporting and forecasting.Role Requirements:3-4 years proven experience of creating pricing, quotes and closing software licensing renewals or subscription renewals ideally within a SaaS business.Working with a CRM Salesforce preferred.Strong organisational skills as well as proficiency using MS Office products.A growth mindset focused on seeking out new skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Qualified to Degree level or equivalent.Desirable but not mandatory languages French, German, Italian, Arabic and MandarinAble to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home Hybrid working.Permanent Right to Work in the UK sponsorship is unavailable for this role.BenefitsBonus Private Healthcare.Private Dental.Pension.Life Insurance.25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.Perk Box discounts on lifestyle and retail .Subsidised gym membership.Wellbeing days and your Birthday off.Continuous training and development.If you're passionate about driving customer success and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
