You will join a provider that has a large portfolio of housing assets, and need an experienced Property Manager/ Housing Officer to assist them. Based in Berkshire, they are looking for someone to step in an Interim Property Manager, focusing on nut not limited to: - Managing the site Inspections - Managing Escalations - Frontend Service This would be done 3 days on site, and two off site; and reporting to the regional manager. Experience within a similar role and sector is desired, whether this be with a not for profit or a different Registered Provider.
