X4 Technology has a requirement for a ServiceNow Developer to commence on the 20th January. The Client are a consultancy that specialise in the Digital Transformation and project implementation. The ServiceNow Developer will take full ownership of the platform to develop client-focused solutions across a number of modules, in particular Facilities Management. This will include managing the administration, configuration, and maintenance in order to ensure it meets our operational needs for today as well as in the future.The role is a 6 month contract, working hybrid in London and the contract has been determined as outside IR35. Again the start date is 20th January so we will commence on-going interviews from 6th January at the earliest. QualificationsA ServiceNow Administrator certification and Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM) with experience using this knowledge to produce solution designs to meet requirements.A proven track record of implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including screen design and workflow/authorisation automation, spanning the full software development lifecycle.Knowledge of modules including: Facilities Management, Customer Services, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent.Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods, such as REST and SOAP APIs.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.If you think this could be of interest, please do apply here or reach out to me via email at l.brand@thex4group.com
