In this role, youll be at the forefront of CRM strategy execution, ensuring seamless customer journey management and maximizing sales potential. Youll work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise campaigns, implement automation, and analyse performance metrics.This is a hybrid role where youll be required in the offices 2-3 days a week, with the remainder working from home.Key Responsibilities of a Junior CRM Executive B2BDevelop and execute B2B CRM strategies, enhancing demand generation and pipeline growth.Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalisation for lead nurturing and conversion.Optimize email deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics.Design automated workflows, including lead scoring and drip campaigns.Align CRM initiatives with business goals, focusing on customer journey mapping and sales processes.Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies.Collaborate on integrating CRM tools with marketing platforms to ensure unified processes.Essential Experience:Proven experience in a senior CRM role with B2B marketing expertise.Familiarity with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (a plus).Proficiency in managing bulk email campaigns and automation.Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing performance.Collaborative mindset with sales alignment experience.Familiarity with A/B testing and customer analytics.In return, youll be rewarded with a salary of between 28,000 and 35,000 plus generous benefits.Join a team committed to diversity and innovation.
