In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with our business objectives and protects our valuable assets. You will lead a team of security professionals, oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, and ensure the organisation is prepared to respond effectively to any security incidents.The roleDevelop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectivesOversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls across the organization to protect our valuable assetsConduct regular security assessments and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential threatsLead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security breachesManage and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a strong security culture within the organisationThe ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, as well as hands-on experience with a range of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions. Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are highly valued.
