Lead, Senior and Mid-LevelEnso Recruitment is proud to be working as the exclusive recruitment partner for a new FDI to Northern Ireland to establish and grow their brand-new centre of excellence right here in Belfast.As part of this, we are seeking Solution Consultants at all levels of experience (Lead, Senior and Mid level) to join their team working on one of Northern Irelands most significant public sector digital transformation projects.If you have strong technical experience with solutions consultancy, systems engineering, software integrations, data discovery, migration and modelling, combined with a consultative mindset, read on!The RolesThe successful candidates will be instrumental in understanding the customers business needs, defining future processes, standing up the companys software platform to meet the desiredoutcomes, managing the transition from legacy systems to this state-of-the-art platform.Responsibilities:Understand the platform to a high degree of technical understandingUnderstand the customers legacy systems including database analysis and process analysisUnderstand the customer and external stakeholders business needsWork closely with customers to understand their operational and technical requirements and provide integrated solutions based on the platformTransitioning customers from legacy systems to the new platformEnsure seamless integration of the platform with existing customer systems and workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and seamless operational continuityQualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ Years Experience working in software product/platform-based implementations and integrationsStrong experience in Data discovery, migration, modelling and migrationStrong experience with systems engineering and enterprise scale software integrationsExperience of service design: working with the customer through workshops to understand the customers business needsProven experience in system integration and data migrationStrong understanding of technical engineering, software development and database systemsExperience of solution-oriented engineering processExperience of workflow analysis: negotiating and writing user journeys & use casesSalary PackageCompetitive salaryLead Solution Consultant: 80-100kSenior Solution Consultant: 60-80kMid-Level Solution Consultant: 40-60kA strong benefits package will also be included in addition to base salary.
