Their dedicated team works closely with clients to create memorable, seamless events, and they are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help them continue to grow and exceed their clients' expectations.Role Overview:They are seeking a passionate, results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a predominantly sales-focused role with a small but important element of event planning, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with clients while overseeing the delivery of exceptional events. You will play a key role in driving business development, managing client relationships, and ensuring our services are positioned competitively in the market.Key Responsibilities:Sales Management & Business Development:Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and upselling additional services.Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Identify new business opportunities across the corporate, private, and wedding sectors to grow our client base.Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions to generate leads and build brand awareness.Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative.Event Planning (Minor Focus):Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored catering solutions that exceed their expectations.Assist with the planning and coordination of event logistics, ensuring all catering elements are delivered smoothly and according to plan.Oversee key aspects of event delivery, ensuring quality, presentation, and customer service standards are maintained.Offer continuous support to clients in the lead-up to their events, managing any last-minute changes and addressing any queries.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Work closely with the operations and event teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of events.Mentor and guide junior sales staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve their own sales goals.Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.Skills & Experience:Must have experience in sales, with a focus on events, catering, or hospitality.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a varied client portfolio.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.A passion for food and event planning, with an ability to understand and anticipate client needs.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Desirable Skills:Experience working with high-profile clients and large-scale events.Familiarity with event logistics and catering operations.Established network within the events or hospitality industry in Southwest London or Greater London.Apply now!
