Born in Cardiff in 2007, but now with offices across the UK, USA and Middle East; the Group is a mixture of 16-year-old businesses and start-up brands, servicing SME & enterprise clients.Due to planned rapid expansion, a brand new role for a creative and driven full-stack Head of Marketing/Marketing Director to come into the business and help shape the next stage of growth is required - reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer (who comes from a marketing background).This role will be responsible for the entire marketing function in a complex group, with a diverse collection of brands at different levels of maturity. The department is at the beginning of its new stage of growth; so will require someone who can think strategically but predominantly still be hands-on in the medium term.There will broader support within the Revenue department, of which this would sit, from an early-stage RevOps, Technology & Data function.This is a hybrid role, plus occasional travel to other offices in the UK, New York & Dubai.
