You will be responsible for building our operational framework and leading the charge on transforming our construction delivery model. This includes everything from managing active sites to designing scalable processes that support our rapid growth.You will work closely with leadership and the tech team to tackle some of the toughest and most exciting challenges in real estate development, including optimising multi-site operations, streamlining subcontractor management, and maintaining top-tier quality across projects.
