Account Manager | DTC Retail Central London (5 days office based)40-50k + bonusThis premium brand in the health space is growing fast and needs a hungry Account Manager to manage their expanding list of vendors (such as Selfridges, Tesco etc). Please note that this role requires you in office Monday-Friday, so you need to be someone who thrives in this working environment.Why should you join?A very well-funded, start up DTC brand, who focus on creating high quality, premium products.Be part of a business that put product and customer before revenue.A fantastic leadership team they hire brilliant people, so youll learn a lot!Youll be their key Account Manager, so youll get to own and drive partnerships with all vendors, giving you a lot of exposure and impact.Huge potential for growth, as they continue to expand (UK first, then conquer EU and beyond!).The RoleQuite simply you are going to manage and develop their strategic account partners, including:Developing strong relationships with key accounts.Strategic Planning creating plans that will drive sales.Sales Execution negotiating plans, pricing, promotions etc that will drive sales.Market Analysis.Performance Tracking and Reporting.YouThis role needs a seasoned Account Manager, who has the drive and ambition to work in a fast growing start up. Youll need:A proven track record in developing, maintaining and growing key accounts for an FMCG/health or similar business.3+ years experience in an account management role.Strong negotiation skills.Relevant contacts would be a bonus (Selfridges, Tesco etc).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills both internally and externally.
