Principal Designer Role: Principal Designer on diverse construction projects, ensuring full compliance with CDM 2015 regulations. Advise clients, designers, and contractors on health and safety considerations throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee pre-construction health and safety coordination, driving best practices across all teams. Conduct detailed design risk assessments, eliminating or reducing hazards at the earliest stages. Prepare and maintain project health and safety documentation, including health and safety files. Build strong, collaborative relationships with project stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and compliance. Principal Designer Requirements: NEBOSH Construction Certificate APS Membership At least 1 years experience in a Principal Designer role A design qualification is desirable.
