Director of Client Success and Upselling Purpose of Your Role Your goal as our Director of Client Success is to provide the best white glove service for our clients and ensure that the talent we place are top performers in their orgs. You will be managing both Talent Success Managers and Account Managers who own our post-match process. Our business is built on referrals, so every successful hire we make leads to large growth over time with our clients. Areas of Responsibility Developing strategies to upskill and retain talent in the organizations we place them into Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns/escalations, and identifying opportunities for account growth within their organizations Monitoring and reviewing our accounts tracker - problem solve by moving all talent in the red zone to the green zone (meaning they’re not at risk of churning) Providing guidance or handling escalations as needed Conducting 1:1s with each team member Conducting client check-ins depending on the lifespan of the client Cross-functionally collaborating with Matching: Talent Success Manager Assignments Cross-functionally collaborating with Recruitment: Reprofiling candidates from clients that have shut down Helping recruitment get a better understanding of ideal candidate profiles based on roles already placed into our clients Requirements Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition processes.
