Manages communications and change management strategies for relevant stakeholders for each project at a team, Division, and Executive Levels. Provides logistical project support, risk management, and progress reporting. Recognized subject matter expert in sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Capable of producing project metrics based on BAC, EAC, BTC, ETC, and Actuals, Burndown, and Financials. Strong at Project planning Methodology (SDLC & Agile) and tools (MS Project, Planview). Able to summarize complex problems / RCA into executive terms. Responsibilities typically include: Managing large projects or processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals. Facing IT function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex. Serving as an expert within own discipline. Requirements: University Degree and minimum 7-10 years of project management experience. Fluent in English with written and spoken communications related to the IT industry. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Change planning, implementation, and management. Capacity management and prioritization. Waterfall / SDLC and SCRUM, Agile, or similar PM methodology.
