As a part of Banking practice within the agile and distributed Capability Network team, you will contribute as a strategic partner, helping shape new business models, collaborate with clients in unconventional ways, rediscover their purpose, and commit to constant innovation. Bring in your technological expertise and a global perspective to enable banks and payment providers take bold steps to thrive and be future-ready. Help us reshape the banking industry with the following initiatives: Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge combined with consulting skillset to help them achieve their goals. Lead the project delivery, support in areas such as process improvement , systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement. Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement. Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys, to analyse the client's business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations. Interface with cross functional client teams to perform project management activities. Support leaders in drafting winning pitches and discover new business opportunities. Mentor team members contribute to their professional development. Support asset development contribute to thought leadership, staffing, and capability development. Estimate resource effort and cost budgets. Provide subject matter expertise , guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market. Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Qualifications: MBA from a Tier-1 Business School . Over 2 years of experience in leading strategy, management, technology consulting firms, or analytics firms within the banking and financial services sector. Advanced English . Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in the Fraud Risk domain , specifically with banks or financial services companies. Experience in analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Experience in assessing the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Hands-on experience with various Fraud Risk platforms such as SAS, Actimize, Feedzai, Falcon, NICE, etc. In-depth knowledge of fraud processes in a banking set-up for diverse projects, with the ability to identify improvement areas and drive technological solutions. Experience in agile learning projects within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Client Management and Stakeholder Management, including inter-team and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
