The ideal candidate will have expertise in Networks and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The Consulting Manager will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting services driving client satisfaction and contributing to the company’s growth and success. Responsibilities Lead consulting projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Oversee the development and implementation of network solutions tailored to client needs. Provide experienced advice on network design optimization and troubleshooting. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions. Conduct thorough assessments of client networks and recommend improvements. Develop and present detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network management. Mentor and guide junior consultants fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging network technologies and trends. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders. Monitor project budgets and resources ensuring efficient allocation and utilization. Develop strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of network technologies and their applications. Have a proven track record of successfully managing consulting projects in the network domain. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Hold a relevant certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Have experience mentoring and developing junior team members. Be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality consulting services. Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs. Exhibit a passion for staying current with industry trends and advancements. Certifications Required Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification in network technologies.
