Human Resources Business Partner Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time Location: Fresnillo Description Mission: Leader of Human Resources for the Fresnillo, Mexico facility with generalist support from Entrada HR representative. Ensure strategic alignment between HR and business objectives by partnering with leadership to drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Lead IEC to be the Best Company to Work For in Mexico. Outcomes Increase organizational Trust scores from 61% to 71% in the next two years. Reduce average time to fill rate from 73 to 60 days in one year. Execute a performance management system to assist managers in establishing teams of A-players. Work directly with managers to track, evaluate, improve employee productivity and satisfaction. Achieve a retention rate of 73%. Implement training and development programs that lead to a measurable increase in production efficiency and quality metrics. Deliver ISO and internal audit results of zero findings in accordance with training policy QSP-18. Maintain Mexico FOH & SGA staffing with less than 10% variance to the resource planning tool requirements.
